VIDEO MARKETING MADE EASY

In the video a couple of things to note.  

  • Email Sign Up Embedded DIRECTLY IN THE VIDEO. You can also have TEXT Signup form as well.  The potential customer can choose either Text, Email, or both types of notifications.
  • We use big bold letters and short readable messages
  • The video moves pretty fast
  • It is short enough that people will not get bored and stop watching. This is very important especially if you are embedding YouTube Videos. This is because from an SEO standpoint, completely watched videos will push you higher in the rankings and ones that are abandoned can be used against you. 
  • When you make the video about your potential customer and not about you, you and they both win.
  • Did you notice the call to action at the end? A customized call to action such as a link, or in this case a sign up to our Profitable Video Marketing Newsletter, builds up your mailing list and helps build trust going forward.  This way you do not have to convince your potential customers that you know what you are doing, they can see it for themselves.  I mean do you like to be sold to?  Didn’t think so… Show off your mad skills and knowledge that you can actually solve a problem they are having like in this video and the customers will come to you.  Make sure you sign up!

    2. Give actual value.
    3. Have a single purpose and goal in mind for the video.
    The main purpose is to show people that there are ways they can vastly improve how they are using videos to improve their bottom line and educate them on how to do it. it is to sign up for our Profitable Marketing Newsletter.  Sure we may get some people to buy right away, but that is not our main purpose. The goal is to get people to sign up for our Profitable Marketing Newsletter. 
    4. Make it about them and not you. I see this all of the time and I am sure you do as well. The company or person goes on and on about how great they are blah, blah, blah.  Pretty sure neither you nor I really care. We just want to know how they are going to fix this pain or issue we are having. Easy to do, yet most don’t.

You may not be surprised to note that listings with Videos Sell and Rent faster that those with just Pictures or even 360 Virtual Tours?

Here is my theory on this.  Pictures are dull compared to Pictures. This goes back to basic Brain Function .I wrote about this extensively in my book. The Continual Customer several years back. Here is the short version. The more Neurons we stimulate in a pleasant way with our Marketing, the more memorable what we are trying to sell becomes.  

The big difference with 360 Tours is that potential customers think they already have a good idea of what it is going to look like and dismiss it even though it is not the same as being there.  Whereas with a video like the above, we can put the properties best foot forward and get them to take the effort to look at it.  Again, triggering a lot more neurons in a good way. More Happy Neurons = More Sales. 

Again, this video follows are basic guidelines. With a couple of additions bolded. 

  • We use big bold letters and short readable messages
  • The more specific information, the better
  • We put the address in right upfront and the price ( this is a contrary filtering mechanism that almost no one makes use of.  It gets rid of the tire kickers helps save a bunch of time
  • The video moves pretty fast
  • We highlight the best features of the property
