Doing It Anyway How Showing Up Daily Builds Success

Hello, there! Andrew Anderson here, and it’s still Cigar Sunday. My regular spot was so crowded, I couldn’t even get in there, so just went to a different spot. Maybe a little bit noisier, but it’ll work.

The Importance of Consistency

One of the things that you gotta, that I see most successful people or almost all of them, they can get it done anyway, regardless of how they feel, whether they’re in the mood, if they got enough sleep last night. In my case, shoot, I think I woke up at 3:00 and went back to bed about 7:00 and slept for an hour or so and got back up again. You just grind it through and you get the stuff done that you need to do.

And one of them is getting your media out. I did the three, I did the three podcast. Go check it out over on Apple, and you’ve got The Longer Crowbar there, and we’ve also got the AI Advantage for local business. So, brand new podcast really putting out some great materials there, at least I think it is, right? That’s all that matters. No, actually it does to a certain degree. I mean, you have to realize or think that you’re putting out good materials, but it really depends on your clients, whether they think or not, because if they aren’t buying what you’re selling, you’re going to go broke, right?

Anyway, just get it done. Do the stuff anyway. You should be putting out content every single day. I don’t care what business you are, whether you’re doing $100,000 a year or $25 million a year, you need to have regular content out.

Leveraging AI in Business

And the thing that I see, okay, so I am one of the world’s biggest proponents of AI, but one of the things that I’m seeing is we use it in like all of our processes. We help automate it. We do databases for people. We work on a lot of stuff.

The Human Element in Sales

But when it comes to sales interactions, they want mano y mano. They want person to person. They want to know who they’re dealing with. They want to know there’s someone on the other end of the phone that’s a real human being and that can help them out, and/or to close a sale.

Now, some people just want to do it anonymously, but they’re really a rarity.

So, just get out there, put your mug in front of them. I mean, you don’t have to be as handsome as I am. Just kidding. Of course, right? It doesn’t matter what you look like, you know, I’m sure someone say, “Hey, that guy’s attractive.” The other guy’s like, “Who is that ugly mofo?” Right? And it doesn’t matter. Put it out there. People want to deal with you. They want to know that there’s a real person behind whatever it is they’re buying. Are you going to help them out? Are they going to get the results that you’re, that you are promising? And is it going to change their life for the better? Right? Or stop them from having pain.

Pain vs. Pleasure in Sales

Those are the only two reasons people buy. Stop from pain or go towards pleasure. And I think like 85% of all sales are getting away from pain, believe it or not. You know, so they can sell toothpaste, that’s pleasurable outcome. But you go to the dentist or you got an emergency plumber call, or you got a hold in your roof, it’s the emergency guys. You want to stop that pain. You want to stop that pain in your mouth. You want to stop that leak that’s flooding in your house. You want to stop that hole that could flood your house, you know, and letting water drip in. Just remember, be real. Do it anyway. Get your social media out there. It’s not that hard.

Using AI for Content Creation

And I’m going to show you how you can still be personal, and I’m going to show you how I do one of my podcasts, and I never say a word, but it’s me. We’ve been working, we’ve had this going for two years, and I don’t know why we didn’t push it. We push it on a couple things. We do a lot of audiobooks that way. We clone voices and it still gets your personality out, and you can have the AI help you write scripts, but it just gives you the ability so that you’re not doing ums and ahs and stuff.

And you can whip out some scripts. I can talk into, you know, my phone, and you can talk into a document. You can get some really good stuff. You get a chance to edit it, and then you just put it on your podcast which is what we do. When I do this stuff, I would never, you know, I don’t have the AI’s write everything. It’s gotta have my personality. It’s got to have my little quirks. It’s got to have my colloquialisms that I use, you know, like jolly dingers and see y’all if you’re in Nashville. Although I never did get into the whole thing, I’m not sure why, but anyway, you know what I’m talking about.

So, just do it.

Encouragement and Call to Action

Get out there every day. There’s hundreds, thousands, maybe tens of thousands, maybe even hundred thousands of people that need what you do. I mean, need it, not just want it, but probably need it to make their life better or to stop it from getting worse. If you don’t get out there, they’re not going to find you. They’re just not going to.

There’s a boatload of money be made out there. Do not listen to these negative ding-dongs that are spouting the world’s going to end. Okay? I’ve been hearing this Henny Penny shit since the seventies, right? And it ain’t right. There’s always money to be made.

Do you know there was more millionaires made per capita during the depression than almost any other time. And this is going to happen now with the AI for the people that understand what’s going on. So, don’t be distraught. Think positive. Go out there, make a boatload of money, retire your bloodline. Okay, that’s what we’ve got coming in front of us. So, that’s it.
