We provide services including website design and development, Answer Engine Optimization (AEO), Search Engine Optimization (SEO), AI training and integration, review marketing, video production, and related digital marketing services for local businesses across the United States.

References to “we,” “us,” or “our” in these Terms refer to iQ Marketers. References to “you” or “your” refer to any visitor, user, or client accessing the Site or engaging our services.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using this Site, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, have the legal authority to enter into these Terms, and agree to be bound by them. If you are accessing the Site on behalf of a business or organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

Your continued use of the Site following any updates to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We recommend reviewing this page periodically.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site is the exclusive property of iQ Marketers or its licensed content providers, unless otherwise noted. This includes, without limitation:

• Website design, layout, graphics, and visual elements
• Written content including blog posts, guides, frameworks, and service descriptions
• The Answer Engine Dominance Framework, AEO Pillar Builder methodology, and all proprietary processes and systems developed by iQ Marketers
• The book “ChatGPT Can’t Find You” and all related trade-specific editions and derivatives
• AEOWebsiteChecker.com and all tools, scripts, and applications developed by iQ Marketers
• Logos, brand marks, taglines, and trade dress
• Video content, podcast recordings, and multimedia assets

Nothing on this Site grants you any license or right to use any iQ Marketers intellectual property without prior written permission. Requests for licensing or republishing rights may be submitted to info@iqmarketers.com.

6. Client Content and Deliverables

Content You Provide to Us:

When you engage iQ Marketers for services, you may provide us with text, images, logos, business information, and other content (“Client Content”). You represent and warrant that you own or have the right to use all Client Content you provide, and that its use by iQ Marketers in connection with delivering your services will not infringe any third-party rights.

Ownership of Deliverables

Unless otherwise specified in a signed service agreement or statement of work:

• Website builds and design assets — upon full payment, ownership transfers to the client for the final delivered files. Underlying frameworks, templates, plugins, and third-party tools remain subject to their respective licenses.
• Written content, blog posts, and copy — upon full payment, the client receives a license to use the content on their owned properties. iQ Marketers retains the right to reference the work in its portfolio and case studies.
• SEO, AEO, and schema strategy documents — upon full payment, the client receives a license to implement the strategy. The underlying frameworks, methodologies, and proprietary systems used to develop those strategies remain the intellectual property of iQ Marketers.
• Unpaid deliverables — iQ Marketers retains full ownership of all work product until payment is received in full.

Portfolio and Case Study Rights

Unless you request otherwise in writing, iQ Marketers reserves the right to display completed work in its portfolio, website, presentations, and marketing materials, including references to your business name and results achieved.

7. AI-Related Services and Tools

iQ Marketers provides services involving artificial intelligence, including AI training, Answer Engine Optimization, schema strategy for AI search visibility, and AI-assisted content development. The following terms apply to all AI-related services:

AI Tools and Platforms

In delivering AI-related services, iQ Marketers may use third-party AI platforms and tools including but not limited to Anthropic Claude, OpenAI, Google Gemini, and other emerging AI systems. Use of these platforms is subject to their respective terms of service. iQ Marketers makes no warranty regarding the ongoing availability, behavior, or output of any third-party AI platform.

AI-Generated Content

Some deliverables may incorporate AI-assisted content generation. iQ Marketers reviews and edits all AI-assisted content before delivery. You acknowledge that AI-generated content may require ongoing review and updates as AI technologies, search engine algorithms, and answer engine behaviors evolve.

AI Search Visibility

Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) and AI search visibility strategies are based on current best practices and observed behaviors of AI-powered search engines. AI search engines including ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, Google AI Overviews, and others operate independently and may change their ranking and citation behaviors at any time without notice. iQ Marketers does not control and cannot guarantee outcomes in any AI search engine. See Section 8.

No Training Use

iQ Marketers‘ proprietary frameworks, methodologies, deliverables, and website content may not be used to train, fine-tune, or otherwise develop artificial intelligence or machine learning systems without express written consent.

8. No Guarantee of Results

Digital marketing, SEO, AEO, and AI search visibility are disciplines affected by factors outside iQ Marketers‘ control, including but not limited to:

• Search engine and answer engine algorithm updates
• Changes in AI model behavior or citation policies
• Competitive activity in your market
• Website technical issues not caused by iQ Marketers
• Client-side delays in content approvals, publishing, or implementation
• Industry-wide shifts in search behavior and user intent

9. Disclaimers and Warranties

This Site and all content on it are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. iQ Marketers expressly disclaims all warranties including, without limitation:

• Warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose
• Warranties that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or harmful components
• Warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any content on the Site
• Warranties that results will be achieved from implementing any strategy, recommendation, or service

10. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall iQ Marketers‘ total liability to you for all claims arising from or related to the use of this Site or our services exceed the total amount paid by you to iQ Marketers in the three (3) months immediately preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless iQ Marketers and its owners, employees, contractors, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses — including reasonable legal fees — arising out of or in connection with:

• Any content you provide to iQ Marketers that infringes a third party’s rights

12. Third-Party Links and Services

This Site may contain links to third-party websites, tools, platforms, and resources. These links are provided for your convenience and do not constitute an endorsement or recommendation by iQ Marketers. We have no control over the content, privacy practices, or terms of third-party sites and are not responsible for any loss or damage arising from your use of them.

In delivering services, iQ Marketers may recommend or integrate third-party platforms including WordPress, Google, Meta, and various SaaS tools. Your use of those platforms is governed by their own terms of service and privacy policies. iQ Marketers is not liable for changes, outages, pricing changes, or policy updates made by any third-party platform.

13. Termination

iQ Marketers reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time, without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or that we determine to be harmful to the Site, other users, or our business interests.

Termination of service agreements is governed by the terms of your specific service contract with iQ Marketers. In the absence of a signed contract, either party may terminate an engagement with 30 days written notice. All outstanding fees for work completed or in progress at the time of termination remain due and payable.

14. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms of Use and any disputes arising from your use of this Site or iQ Marketers‘ services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Davidson County, Tennessee, and you hereby consent to personal jurisdiction and venue in those courts.

Informal resolution first: Before initiating any formal legal action, you agree to contact us at info@iqmarketers.com and give us a reasonable opportunity — no less than 30 days — to resolve the dispute informally.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Use at any time. When we make material changes, we will update the “Last Updated” date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Site after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We recommend reviewing this page at least annually.

For active service clients, material changes that affect the scope or terms of your engagement will be communicated directly by email.
