Of primary concern is that you are not in compliance with the current Americans with Disabilities Act or ADA that says all Websites, Sales Pages, Apps, Membership, and Learning Programs that offer products or services to the public in the US must now be in compliance.  

This should be addressed immediately because it is estimated that there will be over 400,000 demand letters on average this year for $36,000 plus attorney fees that could easily be another $10,00 to $20,000.

The thing about it is the way the ADA was written, basically, once you are found to be in non-compliance, you are liable.
